Scheduling and calendar

The calendar shows everything you've scheduled, across all your clients and networks, and lets you move, open and fix posts from one place.

Setting publishing times

  • A single post — pick the date and time in Create post. It must be at least 10 minutes away. See Creating posts.
  • An editorial plan — in the Planner you choose the posting days and a time for each day, and every post in the plan follows that cadence. Plan posts must be at least 24 hours away. See Create an AI editorial plan.

What time zone is used?

Dates and times are entered and shown in the time zone of the device you're using. There's no separate time zone setting for scheduling, either in Settings or per client. If you schedule for an audience in another region, convert the time to your own time zone when you pick it.

(The only time zone setting in Julexis belongs to notification quiet hours — see Notifications.)

Filter the calendar

  • Client — show every client, or just one. Opening the calendar from a client's page filters it on that client.
  • Networks — select one or more network icons to show only their posts; clear the selection to see them all again.

Day, week and month views

Switch between day, week and month. The arrows move to the previous or next period, and a button brings you back to the current day, week or month. Week view, laid out by hour, is the best place to fine-tune times. The summary below the calendar counts scheduled, published and failed posts.

Move a post

Drag a scheduled post to another slot:

  • in week view, drop it on a day and hour — it takes that hour;
  • in month view, drop it on a day — it keeps its original time.

The new time must be at least 10 minutes in the future. Only scheduled posts can be dragged; posts in review, published or failed stay where they are.

Open a post

Select a post to open it. Posts published together on several networks open as a group. Depending on the post's status you can:

  • Edit it — scheduled posts until their time, drafts, and failed posts;
  • Retry a failed post;
  • Repost a published one as a new post;
  • Delete it.

Repeating posts

Julexis doesn't repeat a post automatically. To plan regular content, set a weekly cadence in an AI editorial plan; to reuse something that worked, repost it as a new post.

Scheduling many posts at once

Use the Planner: generate a plan, send it to your client and, once it's approved, schedule all its posts in one go. Each post keeps its own date and time. See Client review and approval.

When a post fails

A failed post is marked in the calendar and counted in the summary below it, and you're notified. Open it to see why it failed. Common causes:

  • the social account needs reconnecting — reconnect it, then retry;
  • the file doesn't meet the network's rules — edit the post, replace the file, then retry (requirements);
  • the network's daily posting limit was reached.
