Daily posting limits
Every social network caps how many posts an account can publish in a day. These caps come from the platforms, not from Julexis, and they apply per connected account.
What are daily posting limits?
Each social network independently enforces a maximum number of posts that can be published per 24-hour window, per connected account. These are hard caps set by the platforms themselves to prevent spam and protect account health. Julexis does not impose additional posting limits beyond what each platform allows.
What are the exact limits per platform?
| Platform | Posts per day, per account |
|---|---|
| 150 | |
| 50 | |
| X (Twitter) | 50 |
| Threads | 50 |
| 25 | |
| 20 | |
| TikTok | 15 |
These limits apply independently per account. If you manage several clients, each client's connected account has its own separate limit.
Does TikTok have any other limits?
Yes. In addition to the 15 published posts/day limit, TikTok also enforces a limit of 5 draft posts per day per account. If you frequently draft TikTok content, keep this in mind when planning your posting schedule.
What happens if the daily limit is reached?
If you attempt to publish a post after the daily cap has been reached, the platform will reject it. Julexis will automatically notify you via an in-app notification and an email, explaining which platform's limit was reached and that the post needs to be retried after approximately 24 hours. The post will remain in your calendar with a 'Failed' status so you can easily republish it when the limit resets.
How can I avoid hitting daily limits?
Spread your posts throughout the day and avoid scheduling many posts for the same platform on the same day. For high-volume use cases, consider using multiple connected accounts across different clients, since limits are per account. Planning your content calendar in advance also helps you stay well within each platform's daily cap.
