Analytics and reporting

Analytics shows how each client's accounts and posts perform, across every connected network. For how far back the data goes on each network, and why a metric can be missing, see Analytics data availability.

Choose a client and a period

  1. Open Analytics from the sidebar.
  2. Pick the client in the top bar. Each client's data is fetched separately, for the networks connected to that client.
  3. Set the date range.

The top bar also shows when the data was last updated; the refresh button fetches it again. Data more than eight hours old is marked as stale.

What you can see

The reports menu on the left groups everything Analytics offers:

  • Reports home — the overview of the client's accounts.
  • Cross-network — post performance, profile performance, content analysis, audience and demographics, video performance, story performance and publishing activity.
  • Insights by network — a page for each of Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads and Pinterest.
  • Competitive — Facebook and Instagram competitors.

Switching report keeps the same client and dates.

What your plan includes

Comparing periods and exporting to CSV are included on the SMM, Agency and beta plans; they aren't available on Personal.

Compare periods

Turn on comparison in the date picker to see each metric against the previous period of the same length — this week against last week, for example.

Export and build a report

  • CSV — export the post insights for the current client and period from the top bar.
  • Report builder — choose Build report in the reports menu. Arrange the cards your report should contain, apply a saved preset or add cards, then open the print version and save it as a PDF from your browser's print dialog. Your workspace logo appears on the report.

Share with your client

From the report builder, choose Share with client to generate a private link your client can open in a browser, without a Julexis account.

  • The report's data and layout are frozen when you create the link; later changes don't alter it.
  • Choose how long the link lasts: 1, 3, 5, 7, 14 or 30 days. It expires on its own.
  • Active links are listed in the same window, where you can revoke one at any time. Expired and revoked links move to the past links list.

What your client sees at the top and bottom of the report depends on your workspace branding — see Brand your workspace.

Did a post publish?

Check the calendar or the plan. Published posts are marked as published; a failed post shows the reason it failed and can be retried. The summary under the calendar also counts scheduled, published and failed posts.
