Meet Juls
Juls is the AI assistant built into Julexis. It knows your clients and their brand profiles, and it drafts in each client's voice — but you always make the final call.
Where to find Juls
- The round Juls button in the bottom-right corner opens a compact chat on any page.
- Juls in the sidebar opens the full-page version, with your past conversations and the client's memory alongside the chat.
Chat
Ask Juls the way you'd ask a colleague. For example:
- "Give me five post ideas for next week's launch."
- "Write an Instagram caption for this photo of the new menu."
- "What's coming up for this client?"
- "Create a two-month plan, three posts a week."
To answer, Juls can look up your clients and their brand profiles, connected networks, plans, upcoming posts and usual posting days and times. When you're ready to act, it can open Create post with the post already filled in, or generate a full editorial plan and take you to it.
One chat, one client
The first time you name a client in a chat, Juls ties the conversation to that client. From then on the chat stays on that client, so facts from one brand never leak into another. To work on a different client, start a new chat.
Memory
Juls can remember notes about a client — a product launch date, a word to avoid, a preferred hashtag. Each note holds up to 500 characters, belongs to one client and is used in every chat about that client. Add and manage notes from the memory panel in the full-page view.
For the client's lasting profile (audience, tone of voice, keywords), use the brand kit instead — see Personalize a client.
What chat costs
Chat uses AI credits: each reply is charged on how much Juls had to read and write, so short questions cost less than long drafts. A plan Juls generates from chat is charged like a plan from the Planner. See AI credits and usage.
Free step-by-step guides
Stuck on a screen? The help button just above the Juls button lists the guides available on the page you're on. Pick one and it walks you through the task on screen, one step at a time. Guides never use credits, and you can resume a guide you left halfway. The same panel links to this help center.
What Juls won't do
- Publish or schedule. Juls prepares posts and plans; you always press the final button.
- Change or delete scheduled posts. Do that from the calendar.
- Mix clients. A chat tied to one client won't produce content for another.
Juls drafts can be wrong. Read what it writes — especially facts, prices and dates — before you schedule anything.
