Work as a team

A Julexis workspace belongs to its owner — the account holder who pays for the plan and owns the clients. The owner can invite collaborators: teammates who work on the clients they've been given, each with their own login.

Team collaboration is available on the Agency plan (and to accounts in the beta programme). You can invite up to 5 collaborators.

Name your team

  1. Open Settings → Team.
  2. Give the team a name (3 to 60 characters) and confirm it. Collaborators see this name when they sign in to your workspace.

Invitations unlock once the team has a name.

Invite a collaborator

  1. In Settings → Team, enter the teammate's email address.
  2. Choose which clients they can access (see below).
  3. Send the invitation.

The invitation appears in the list with its status: sent, delivered, opened, accepted or expired. You can resend it, or revoke it so the link stops working straight away.

Choose what they can access

  • All current and future clients — the collaborator sees every client you have today and any client you add later.
  • Selected clients — tick the clients they should see. They won't see the others.

You can change a collaborator's access at any time with the edit-access action in the team list.

What collaborators can do

For the clients shared with them, collaborators can:

  • view the client's details and connect its social accounts;
  • create AI plans in the Planner and posts in Create post, and schedule them;
  • use the calendar, the inbox and analytics.

Collaborators can't:

  • add clients, or edit a client's settings — such as its brand kit or review password;
  • change the team's name, seats or the subscription.

Anything a collaborator changes in their own Settings — profile, security, notifications — applies to their own account, not to the team.

For collaborators: getting started

  1. Open the invitation email and follow the link.
  2. If you already have a Julexis account, accept the invitation. If you don't, create one with your name and a password, then enter the 6-digit code Julexis emails you.
  3. You land in the owner's workspace and see only the clients shared with you.

If you belong to more than one workspace, switch between them from your account menu at the bottom of the sidebar.

Your dashboard has a short checklist to get you going: complete your profile, create a post for a shared client and choose your notifications.

Follow the team's activity

The team activity feed records what team members do on editorial plans, posts and scheduling. Open it from Settings → Team to see who did what, and when. The team list also shows when each collaborator was last active.

Remove a collaborator

Remove a collaborator from the team list. They immediately lose access to the team and no longer see any of its clients or plans. You can invite them again later.
